Buying Meat in The Philippines

Unlike in the US where there are OSHA standards against this very picture, the meat in the Philippines is sold like this. It is fresh and has no preservatives. There is a person you talk to when you figure out what you want and how much of it. You tell them and they pack it in plastic for you. And yes, I mean a simple plastic bag like the one you use in the produce section at any grocery store lol. They tie it and attach a sticker to it like the Meat Department does at a grocery store except there is no flat bottom to hold the meat flat lol. They do this in the produce section too.
