1) Don't pump their own gas
2) Pay per Liter NOT by Gallon
3) Don't care to get a liscense unless theyre in the city
4) Drive anyways
5) Learn at like ages 12-14 how to drive motorcycles and dont learn how to drive a car or truck unless it's their profession.
